Halloween...all Treats!!

Halloween was a bit different for us this year. First of all Charlie was awake for the Lake Party as well as Trick or Treating:). We had a good time going over to Aunt Cari and Uncle Daniel's house is see Elija, Jonah and Micah. Then we came home and headed to our neighborhood lake for a hayride and fun times with friends. Later that evening we went to a few houses (mainly so the neighbors could see Charlie dressed up). Here are some pictures from the day!

Charlie not so sure he wants to be a frog...

A typical Charlie look :).

Just Hanging Out

We have a hammock in our backyard which Charlie has discovered. He loves to swing in it...for about 10 seconds:). Here are a few pictures I took yesterday afternoon.

Father and Son

Rick has been working on the landscaping in our front yard. He has ripped out over 20bushes I think. For right now (at least until spring) his is working on stone walls on either side of our front porch. One wall is complete and the next one is started! Charlie really likes to "help" dada and yesterday Charlie helped by shoveling sand...he even tried a bite!! Here are some pics...

Charlie's 15 months old!!

Charlie had his 15 month well visit this past week. He was 23.5 pounds and 31 inches long. The doctor commented on how strong he was and how muscular his legs were (I'm pretty sure it is because he NEVER stops moving...EVER). Here are some pics of the big man:).

Samford vs Furman Football Game

Well it was sad times for the Samford Bulldogs this past Saturday (although they only lost by 2 points). It was however Charlie's first football game!! He LOVED watching the guys run on the field and listening to the band.

Pushing...

If there is one thing that Charlie loves (other than eating) it is pushing anything and everything. It all started with an animal cracker box, we then upgraded to a larger raisin bran box (from Sam's). Just recently I bought him an actual push toy because he was unloading the tupperware drawer and pushing every piece of plastic he could find. Lately he has wanted to push the lawn mower. Here are some pictures from last weeks lawn mowing adventure:). I'm planning on showing this pictures to him when he is 15 and not as interested in helping mow the lawn...

Times Flies!!

Well I have FINALLY started working on our blog (about 8 months after Rick opened it). As I sit here wondering what in the world to type, as not to bore everyone to death, I think I'll start from the beginning:).

Rick and I got married in April of 2007 in Charleston, SC. In early December of 2007 I wasn't feeling so well and surprise we were pregnant!! After living in denial for a few months (almost 9:) Charles Thomas Williams (we call him Charlie) was born two weeks early on July 24, 2008 and has been going every since. He has been such a blessing to Rick and I and it is so much fun to watch a little person grow. From learning how to suck his thumb, to rolling over to now running through the yard...man how time flies!!

In June of this year I started not feeling so well again...and now we're expecting baby number 2!! Baby Williams is due in late Feb and no we're not finding out the gender...sorry! I'm 20 weeks along and this pregnancy has been a bit different than the previous, but a blessing all the same. I'll keep you all posted!!
